    Mike Quail is a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty and founder of The Quail Group. Mike and his team strive to provide clients with exceptionally competent service, to create caring relationships with clients, co-workers, and vendors, and to cultivate continual growth in their company, community, personal and professional lives, and in the lives of their clients. The Quail Group also seeks to be a pillar in the local community by partnering with other local business and organizations to continually better their area. Mike Quail is a member of the Platinum Real Estate group, a group of the top 1% of agents in North America. He was named to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame several years ago and was a top producer at his previous brokerage, EXIT Realty. Mike's listings, on average, sell three times faster than other listings in Massachusetts, and he sells listings at 4.4% more than the Realtor's Board Average. Mike graduated from Babson College with a degree in Marketing, and continues to specialize in internet marketing and marketing strategy for his clients. Every three months, Mike meets with other top agents across North America to brainstorm new buyer and seller strategies. Mike lives in South Hamilton with his wife, Anny, and two daughters, Sammy (9) and Ally (6). When Mike is not working, he spends most of his time participating in activities that revolve around Barbie princesses with his daughters or playing intense Basketball games at the Beverly YMCA.

When Kallie is not busy in real estate you find her pursuing her passion for fitness. She is an avid runner , weightlifter and obstacle course competitor. She also loves spending time with her husband and two children.

Jason has a degree in Political Science from Clemson University and its a die hard Clemson Football fan! On Saturdays in the fall (when not assisting clients), you can find him glued to the TV cheering on the Tigers!

    Hannah Brooks is The Quail Group's Director of Operations and holds a BA from Gordon College and a Masters degree from Gordon Conwell in Hamilton, MA.  She keeps the operations running smoothly behind the scenes, as the Field Agents help buyers and sellers all over the North Shore. She spends her free time hiking in the White Mountains, hosting book club, and spending time with her husband, Adam, and rescue-Mutt, Mundo.

    Beth started her career in real estate in 1991 working in apartment property management. She moved to commercial and industrial real estate in 1995 as an office manager for a small brokerage firm. Beth made the move to residential real estate in 2001 and has previously been a licensed agent in California, North and South Carolina. She has extensive knowledge about the transaction process and is very good at keeping the ball rolling and things on track for a smooth transaction. Having moved herself several times through several states, she understands the stresses of moving and selling and seeks to make home buying or selling easier for both clients and agents with her behind the scenes work. Beth is married with three kids. Her oldest is a soldier in the US Army, stationed overseas and her two daughters are in high school. She enjoys spending time volunteering at the USO, traveling and being with her family and her two dogs.
